Safety & Care
Every JellycatP piece is made with safety first. Toys are tested to British, American, European, and Australian standards and carry the marks that show those tests were passed.
Age suitability
Where a character needs an age note, you will see it on the product page and on the sewn-in label. Read the labels, remove packaging, and keep our address for later. Age guidance is there to help you choose well.
Washing and care
Care symbols live on each product page and on the sewn label. Many friends can be machine washed at 30°C; some prefer a gentle surface wash. Skip the tumble dryer, the iron, and dry cleaning.
A little stretch after a journey
- Give your JellycatP a good shake to wake it up.
- Gently pull the limbs and massage them into a pleasing shape.
- Fluff the fur or hair as desired — they love it.
- Repeat as needed. Share joy.
